Omakase means that you leave everything up to the chef to decide. The chef will select, prepare and serve you dishes featuring the choicest seasonal seafood and produce available that day. Using his knowledge and skills, sushi chef Atsushi will serve you more than twenty dishes over eight courses, including his renowned sushi.
